Your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses. It will take 3 - 5 working days for your order to be delivered to the store. You will be notified via email once the order is ready to be collected.
To collect, simply approach our store staff and present the barcode in your "Ready for collection" email. If you would like to send a representative to collect on your behalf, he/she will need to present a copy of the email.
