Here's How It Works
Click & Collect option is available for all G2000 Singapore customers at the checkout page.

- To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that you wait until you have received an email confirming your order is available to collect before making your way to the store.
- Delivery to store will typically take between 3-5 working days.
- Once order is submitted, we are unable to change the click & collect location or the delivery option. You may need to cancel and submit a new order.
- Notification via email will be sent once the order is ready for collection.
- You have 14 days to collect your order after which your order will be returned and cancelled. No refund available in-store. Refund request can be submitted through My Account or Orders & Returns page.
- Exchange can only be made upon collection at the store. For exchange after store collection, please contact the Customer Care Team at the bottom of the page.
