We make it convenient and easy for you to return with our Return to Store feature! Items purchased online can be returned to the selected stores.
- Return Request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. For a detailed step by step Return Request submission, click here.
- Walk-ins without authorized Return Request will not be entertained.
- No exchange and refund available in-store.
- To avoid delay in your refund, please do not mail or drop off at a different store. Kindly contact us if you wish to change the return method.
- The Return Drop Off at Stores option is available on the 'Create New Return' page. You can choose 'Drop Off at Stores' under Return Method and choose from the list of available stores.
- Our Customer Care Professional will be in touch within 24 business hours to authorize your return request and to provide you with further details.
- You have 7 days to return the item once your return request is authorized. Present the authorized email to the staff counter.
- Our warehouse usually receives your returned items 3-5 business days after the courier pick up. The products will then be assessed by the quality check team and this will take up to 1-3 business days.
