We make it convenient and easy for you to return with our Return to Store feature! Items purchased online can be returned to the selected stores.
- Return Request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. You can access the order return page from your G2000 account. For a detailed step by step Return Request submission, click here.
- Walk-ins without authorized Return Request will not be entertained.
- No exchange and refund available in-store.
- To avoid delay in your refund, please do not mail or drop off at a different store. Kindly contact us if you wish to change the return method.
- Return drop-off at Stores are only available in selected stores:
- G2000 NEX
- G2000 Plaza Singapura
- G2000 Tampines 1
- G2000 Northpoint City
- Please indicate your preferred store in the remarks/notes field
- Our Customer Care Professional will be in touch within 24 business hours to authorize your return request and to provide you with further details.
- You have 7 days to return the item once your return request is authorized. Present the authorized email to the staff counter.
- Our warehouse usually receives your returned items 3-5 business days after the courier pick up. The products will then be assessed by the quality check team and this will take up to 1-3 business days.
