Upon placing your order online, an order confirmation email will be triggered.

For redemption of 1 month Ryde+ subscription follow through with the following steps:

1) Open Ryde app and click on "Ryde+ subscription"

2) Select plan and insert 10 digit redemption code from order confirmation email

 

For redemption of $5 Ryde Coins follow through with the following steps:

1) In your order confirmation email, click "click here to redeem $5 RydeCoins" to get your unique 10-digit code

2) Open Ryde app and click on Ryde Coins Wallet on top right corner

3) Select "Top up"

4) Choose "Top up with voucher code"

5) Insert 10 digit voucher code and tap "top up". $5 Ryde coins will be added to your wallet.

 

The 1 month Ryde+ subscription & $5 Ryde coins code is valid till 28th Feb, 2025 23:59

•⁠ ⁠Users must redeem the 1-month Ryde+ subscription code through Ryde’s App.

• ⁠Users must have a cancellation rate of less than 17.5% and a rating of 4.8/5 or higher before opting in.

•⁠ ⁠The 1 month Ryde+ subscription code is only valid for first-time Ryde+ users (ie. users who have not been subscribed to Ryde+ before, whether paid or free).

• ⁠The Ryde+ subscription voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

•⁠ ⁠The 1 month Ryde+ subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the user’s billing cycle unless canceled at least 1 day before the end of the billing cycle.
