- For online transaction: Earned points are reflected approximately 3 weeks after all items are fully delivered. Points are awarded based on the final paid amount.
- For in-store transaction: Earned points are reflected immediately in your account.
If you return an item, those reward points are taken off the balance. If a reward has been issued before the return was made, your points balance will go into negative.

- Order ID
- Receipt no./ photo of receipt
- Brief description of the issue
