• Gifts are available while stocks last and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis where applicable.

• The qualifying spend amount is based on the final nett amount paid after all discounts, vouchers and promotional deductions.
• Selected gifts are distributed at random, while stocks last, and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative items, colours, or designs.
• Eligible purchases must be completed successfully during the campaign period.
• For the Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Rejuvenating Set, total eligible spend accumulated during the campaign period will determine the Top 5 spenders. In the event of a tie, G2000 reserves the right to determine the winner based on the earliest qualifying purchase.
• Any refund, cancellation or exchange that causes the qualifying purchase to fall below the required minimum spend or reduces the number of eligible items purchased will result in forfeiture of the corresponding gift or lucky draw entry. The customer must return the corresponding gift in its original condition.
• Gift-with-purchase promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or other items.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise determined by G2000.
• G2000 reserves the right to replace any gift with another item of similar value should the original item become unavailable.
• Winners who fail to claim their prizes by the stipulated collection deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their prizes.
