How long do I have to submit an exchange request?
You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.
Which products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable?
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
- Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack: we do allow exchanges for items within the same collection or range.

What are the requirements for returning/exchanging a product?
Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange:
- Unused/ unwashed/ unworn/unaltered
- In its original packaging with unique identifier (UID) and original tags intact
- Packed & sealed in the same parcel bag/box or polymer bag
Can I process an exchange in-store for my online order?
No, exchange and refund for online purchases cannot be done in-store. All exchanges for online purchases must be processed through our online return system and return via SingPost.

No, our return and reshipping fee for exchanges is free of charge.
Can I choose any item for exchange?
Yes, you can choose any item that is available on our website of the same price or higher. If the chosen item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. The exchange price will be based on the regular price of the item, without any additional discounts or promotions applied.
What happens if the item I chose for exchange becomes out of stock during the processing?
In the event that the item becomes out of stock while we are processing your exchange order, you will be refunded for the original purchase.
Can I exchange an item multiple times?
Only one exchange per item is allowed.
Can I make changes to my exchange order once it's confirmed?
Unfortunately, we won't be able to amend your exchange order once it is confirmed. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.
