Exchange Policy
Exchange is valid at all stores in Singapore within:

Exchange is not applicable for the below scenarios : 1. Products that are purchased outside of Singapore 2. Products that are purchased online 3. Products that have been altered 4. Products that fall under the Non-Exchangeable List

1. Original receipt and credit card charge slip must be presented upon exchange. 2. Products must be: - In its original selling/packing condition with original price tags intact |

* For combined purchases (Eg: Buy one get one free or get the lowest-priced item at a discounted price), you are required to return all purchased items to facilitate the exchange process.

Return Policy
We do not provide return for products that are not defective and/or conform with the contract. It is recommended that customers exchange their purchased product(s) in-store depending on its eligibility.
