Our returns are free! Not sure how to submit your return request? You are on the right page!
Here are the simple steps to follow:
1. Login to your G2000 account to access your order history page
2. Hover the order that you want to return and click on "Request return"
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Choose a return reason from the provided options. If you wish to exchange the item for a different color or size, select the "Other" option.
5. In the "Additional Notes" section, please specify the color and size you wish to exchange the item for.
- Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that the desired color or size will be in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund instead.
- Exchange can only be done once for each item.
- Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All returns and exchanges for online purchases must be processed through our online return system.
Our Customer Care team will get in touch with you within 24 business hours. Do take note that returns without authorization will not be accepted. This is including returns mailed to our corporate office directly.
